About this event
The task groups hold regular meetings at The Kingston Quaker Centre where they discuss potential enter & view visits, do research into people's experience of health and social care, contribute to the publication of reports and help us identify priority areas to focus on.
The Hospital Service Task Group priorities this year are:
- Create an online hospital services patient experience survey
- Research patient experience of inpatient wards at Kingston Hospital NHS Trust
- Continue to monitor Kingston Hospital NHS Trust complaints and procedures
