Want to know more about our work?
We are the independent champion for people who use health and social care services. We’re here to make sure that those running services, put people at the heart of care.
Our sole purpose is to understand the needs, experiences and concerns of people who use health and social care services and to speak out on their behalf.
Our 2024-2025 annual report outlines how the public's stories have changed care for the better and the work we are doing to make sure that the health and care system puts the needs and experiences of local people, including the most vulnerable and digitally excluded, at the very heart of NHS and social care decision-making.
