Outreach at SEND Transition Fair

The Healthwatch Kingston team have been doing a number of outreach activities recently.
TAG transition fair outreach

We had a stall at the TAG fair on Saturday 14th September at Grey Court School in Ham. It was an opportunity to engage young people with a disability who are turning 25, as well as their parents/carers.

We asked people how to improve access to hospitals and GPs and how they support your mental health and had a number of responses to these questions.

We heard a few issues surrounding social care in particular when services are out of the borough.
