South West London ICS Update - July 2022
Welcome to the July update about how partnership working across health and care is making a difference for local people in Croydon, Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Sutton and Wandsworth.
Today, marks a new beginning for health and care in south west London with the launch of South West London Integrated Care System. Our ICS which brings together several organisations, takes on new responsibilities for health and care across our six boroughs of Croydon, Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Sutton and Wandsworth. These new responsibilities make it easier for GPs, hospitals, mental health, social care, community services and the voluntary sector to work together more closely, to make sure local people receive the best care.
