Citizen's Advice Service Update

Citizen's Advice Kingston are receiving a large volume of inquires daily. Their new service delivery plans mean that if people telephone between 9.30 and 4.30 Monday to Thursday, they will get through to the answerphone and if they leave their name and number someone will get in touch with them.

If Citizens Advice don't have capacity to talk to the individual, they will send them a link to our information sheet with a note of other agencies that may be able to help.
