The Kingston Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) seeks to identify the current and future health and care needs of local populations to inform the planning of services within Kingston.

Kingston Council (RBK) are developing the new Kingston JSNA and want to hear from you about your views on some specific health conditions. This short survey can be completed in less than 10 minutes. 

You are welcome to complete the survey on your own, or to hold a discussion with members of your network and complete the survey together.  

If you want to give views on more than one condition listed in the survey, please complete a new survey each time by using the link above. Please complete the survey before March 6th 2023. Thank you.
