Thrive Kingston Mental Health Strategy

A Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy for the people of Kingston by the people of Kingston 2017 to 2021.

The Thrive Kingston Mental Health Strategy, which was launched in June 2017, sets out the start of a five year journey to enhance the mental wellbeing of the whole Kingston community. It aims to shift our efforts to prevention, preventative services and early intervention, and to transform the experience and care of people with mental health problems, their families, friends and carers.

Healthwatch Kingston chair and provide secretariat support for the ‘Thrive Kingston’ Mental Health Strategy Planning and Implementation Group (MHSPIG) meetings which takes place every  8 weeks  at the Kingston  Quaker  Centre.
