Healthwatch Kingston Festive Celebration - Tuesday 9th December

Healthwatch Kingston was recently joined by partners and community members at Kingston Quaker Centre for a festive Public Meeting.

On Tuesday 9th December, Healthwatch Kingston hosted a festive Public Meeting at Kingston Quaker Centre.

Joined by members of the All Age Learning Disability Partnership Board, our volunteers and local partners, we heard from Youth Out Loud! about the amazing work they do championing the voices of young people. 

We also heard from the council about the mental health support and services that are available over the winter and an update on the priorities from the All Age Learning Disability strategy. 

Bringing the Kingston community together for events like these allow us to foster open dialogue between the people who design and administer services and the people who use them. 

Thank you to everyone who has joined us this year in person, online or by sharing your views. We hope to see you again and many new faces in the new year.
