Guidance:

The deadline for submissions is 7th June 5pm.

Please follow the format template and example below. Please include:

  • 12 sentences introducing who you are
  • You can briefly state what mental health condition you have. Please note this is optional, if you don’t feel comfortable disclosing your condition you do not have to include it
  • 1 tip and then 3 suggestions on how to implement this tip
  • Header/title per tip
  • Write from the 1st person perspective
  • Photo of yourself, or a related photo to your tips
  • Please only share what you are comfortable with

The tips including the introduction and headers must be no longer than 400 words.

Here are some questions to think about before writing your submission:

  • What tools have you learnt that work for you?
  • How does it help you? 
  • Where did it come from?

Please note: some of your wording may be edited slightly to fit the format of the online platform and you will be contacted to fill out a photo consent form.
