Healthwatch Kingston are gathering views from Kingston residents on how you feel about COVID-19, as well as the NHS Test and Trace App.
What you tell us will be analysed and shared with stakeholders such as the NHS, Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and Healthwatch England to help improve their response to COVID-19.
