Help is on hand for those with Long COVID

Most people who catch COVID-19 don’t become severely ill and get better quickly, but some can go on to develop longer lasting symptoms after recovering from the initial infection.
Long Covid

If symptoms persist beyond 4 weeks, a diagnosis of Long COVID can be made. Symptoms include:

  • extreme tiredness
  • shortness of breath, heart palpitations, chest pain or tightness
  • problems with memory and concentration ("brain fog")
  • changes to taste and smell
  • joint pain

While research remains ongoing, there are things that can help those with Long COVID. Visit http://ow.ly/1Wxx50I32WB to find more information about Long COVID and what services are available to help you.
