Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Crisis Line: 0203 228 5980
If you are a child or young person, or a parent/carer concerned about a young person’s mental health, you can contact the South London Partnership CAMHS Crisis Line on 0203 228 5980. The service is open Monday to Friday from 5pm-11pm, and weekends and bank holidays from 9am-11pm.

Recovery Cafés
If you’re feeling overwhelmed and need a safe space to turn to, Recovery Cafes (also known as Crisis Cafes) provide a welcoming environment where you can find calm and connection away from emergency settings.
Recovery Hubs
Recovery hubs are for adult residents of Richmond and Kingston in mental health crisis, or at risk of moving into mental health crisis.
Having a mental health crisis can mean different things to different people, but can include:

Thinking about suicide or acting on suicidal thoughts

Having an episode of psychosis (where you might experience or believe things that others do not)

Doing something that could put yourself or other people at risk
They are open 365 days a year and support is available throughout the Christmas and New Year period.

Support with mental health medication
For patients under the care of South West London and St George’s NHS Trust, the pharmacy teams also offers a dedicated helpline providing advice and support.
Trust patients with any questions or concerns about the medicines they are taking can call our Medicines Helpline on 020 3513 6829, Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm, to speak to one of our pharmacists. Our MindMeds app can also help to log and keep track of medication. Patients can download it on Android or Apple.
NHS Talking Therapies
Talking therapies, or psychological therapies, are effective and confidential treatments delivered by fully trained and accredited NHS practitioners. They can help if you're struggling with things like feelings of depression, excessive worry, social anxiety or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Beat offers a helpline for people with an eating disorder and their friends and family. The helpline exists to encourage and empower people to get help quickly and support friends and family to help their loved ones recover while looking after their own mental health.
