This report brings together experiences, views and concerns shared by Kingston residents about their access to NHS and social care, the quality of their care and any aftercare provided between 1 January 2020 and 31 March 2021.

Between October 2020 and January 2021, Healthwatch Kingston gathered views from Kingston residents about how they felt about Covid-19, as well as the NHS Test and Trace App. Find out what people said in our report.
