There are small grants available to help shape and develop an anti-racist health and care system in South West London. Kingston Race and Equalities Council (KREC), in partnership with South West London (SWL) health and care partners is working to develop anti-racist approaches to health and care. This programme is an opportunity to ensure that the voices of minoritised communities are heard and that their experiences inform real change.

This family run home (since 1986) has recently been passed onto a younger generation.
