We set out to evaluate the quality of the Adult Community Service at Tolworth Hospital from the perspective of service users, specifically addressing; access, timeliness, person- centredness, respect, quality of relationship and wellbeing.

The Council (RBK) has been exploring setting up new ‘Wellbeing’ teams to provide a more ‘person-focused’ support for people requiring care at home. We aimed to find out what home care service users thought of the proposed changes.

Healthwatch Kingston was approached by the Royal Borough of Kingston’s (RBK) Public Health to contribute to part of the local Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) on children’s oral health in Kingston.
