    The CQC have carried out a review in response to serious concerns about potential breaches of human rights due to the use of restraint, seclusion and segregation in care settings for people who, in some cases, cannot advocate for themselves.

    This Healthwatch Kingston report provides feedback from local community and voluntary sector mental health commissioners and providers. It has informed the South London Mental Ill-Health Prevention and Recovery Programme.

    Healthwatch Kingston, working with Diabetes UK, encouraged Kingston residents with diabetes to share their views to help services work better for the people who use them. This report shares back what we learned.

    Between July and September 2021, Healthwatch Kingston undertook a community engagement project to gather the views of residents who were experiencing a complexity of symptoms associated with Long Covid. This is our report.

    REPORT PUBLISHED 24 March 2022: In April 2021 Healthwatch Kingston launched our ‘Pulse Check’ engagement programme to work with our diverse communities in Kingston and listen to their views and experiences of health and social care services.

    The LSVG will bring together three people with lived experience of Safeguarding from each London borough. Healthwatch Kingston has been commissioned by the London Safeguarding Adults Board to coordinate the LSVG work programme.
