Better Bones - service to improve the bone health of people who live in Kingston. If you are over 50 and have osteoporosis or are at risk of osteoporosis you can join their free 14-week exercise course and information session

Kick it - provides a stop smoking service across the borough of Kingston.  They run clinics in GP surgeries, pharmacies & community settings such as Kingston Hospital to support those who live, work or study in the borough to quit smoking. Tel 020 3434 2500 or email.
